[vlc] Bug: Uncompressed AVI

Dear VLC team,

Thanks for the great application, firstly.

Here's a little bug I noticed in 0.8.6i - windows version. The attached
uncompressed AVI file fails to play correctly and crashes VLC media player. The
devil's alternative (i.e., Windows media player) plays the file correctly.

You might want to look at it if you have the time to.
