[vlc] PTS is out of range, dropping buffer

CPU was good enough for this case and the video was playing well. Only the
audio part was broken.

This problem happens in many cases, one of which is an insufficient 
CPU. Another
case if the video streamed has a bitrate which is larger than the bandwidth
of
the channel and thus the video freezes.
