[vlc] Problem with Internet plug-in or command line?

Hi,

I advise you to test 0.9.8a. There were at least one problem in web
plugins from 0.9.2 to 0.9.6 iirc. Some workarounds are described here:
http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/2062
