[vlc] vlc on pal-nc

I want to use VLC to see tv in PAL-NC mode, it is possible?

I have no problems with tvtime, but i want to stream that tv-input,
this line works but i see the image in black and white

vlc v4l:/dev/video0:size=640x480:channel=0:norm=3:frequency=187251



the "norm" variable only accepts this values:

3 (Automatic)
2 (SECAM)
0 (PAL)
1 (NTSC)

I want to use "PAL-NC" norm

I'm using gentoo
