[vlc] Problems with Theora in VLC

Originally posted in the Matroska mailing list.  They suggested to post 
it here.  For reference, the .mkv file is made using the latest version 
of mkvmerge, using a theora stream originally created by VLC from an 
MPEG-2 stream.
