[vlc] VLC Conversion Wizard help

I'm trying to use the VLC player to convert .flv flash files into .wmv movie files, and normally it works.? However, with one particular .flv file, I save it as a .wmv file, but it actually saves as a .wmv,access=file} file (yes, that really is the file-type that it saves as).? Can you please tell me what's going on?
