[vlc] Multimedia Key Support

Hi,
I'm using VLC 0.8.6h in Windows XP Service Pack 2
I have some questions about VLC,
Is it possible VLC support Real videos in Windows ?
Is it possible that VLC become compatible with keyboard multimedia keys , like Windows Media Player !?
