[vlc] Interface bug on linux: <elapsed time> / <total time> is not displayed properly

Hi,

this is an old issue, and I couldn't find this on the forum. It is
impossible to see <total time>, and I can't resize this part of the
window. (look at the attached screenshot).

( Please CC me, as I'm not following the list )
