[vlc] drag-and-drop feature no longer works

Hi.  I run Windows Vista.  I had version 0.8.6, and I was able to drag and 
drop into VLC Media Player.  I just upgraded to 0.9.6, and now I can't do 
that!

Nothing in the documentation or forums is of help.

Would you please investigate and reply?  Thanks!
