[vlc] drag-and-drop feature no longer works

Hello Adam,

      You still can drag and drop files on VLC.

      IF you drag on the main windows, if you drag on the playlist, it
      will enqueue.

      If it doesn't, then your VLC is probably misinstalled.
      Give us logs and messages.
