[vlc] Trouble installing VLC 9.6

Hello,
I allways get this message when I try to install the latest version 
VLC, whats wrong?
I`'ve been using VLC for years and never had any trouble installing a 
new version... ??
Could you give me a Tipp or tell me where I can get help.
