Hi guys.

I am attempting to get a webcam hosted LIVE for a lot or unlimited
viewers.  For example, I have some webcams that are connected via static
IP addresses and they can broadcast up to 30 frames a second, although
even fast broadband will limit that somewhat. One such camera is at:

(It is currently only send images via FTP every 10 seconds.  I have my own
dedicated Microsoft NT server and I want to try to host the camera such
that we can deliver a live feed to our viewers.  I have seen this with
services such as USRelay, etc.  However is there a program or WAY that I
can deliver this myself with your program or others?

Any help will be much appreciated.
