[vlc] WIndows build

Hi,

I've read that the source code has been updated to version 0.9.5 but
there is no windows binary yet. What's the problem there? Doesn't it
build for windows or is there just nobody who is compiling it for win?
I like the vlc player and am mainly a windows user, so I'd be happy to
get the new version, since there is this security bug in 0.9.4.
Should I compile the stuff myself?
