[vlc] covermounting agreement

we're an editorial group, leader in Italy in ICT area. 

We'd like to publish in the covermounting CD of magazine 

"I Tecnoplus di Win Magazine" the freeware version of your software "VLC
Media Player 0.9.4". 

We need your authorisation. Is it possible to have it?
