[vlc] 0.9.2 compiled from source problems

As has been said by a few people -- most services (trac, wiki, etc) other
than the main page for downloading has been temporarily turned off, so the
server can handle the load of people downloading the new release.
Once the load decreases, I'm sure they'll turn other services back on.

You probably will also have not-so-good luck getting response from the
developers, since there is a massive increase in the post-volume to the
mailing list (which generally is expected when a new release happens), and I
imagine they're also working to fix new bugs that people are reporting.
