[vlc] Bug in VLC 0.9.2 Win XP 32

Hello there

Maybe this is old. I found a Bug in VLC 0.9.2 Windows Build, which gives an bad
feeling to the user.
The Bug appears every time I close VLC and the Player doesn't play Music.
