Hello,

I have 2 suggestions for VLC player. 

Sometimes the subtitles does not match the movie, there could be shift in time (subtitle delay). To compensate that, it should be possible to shift subtitles in time. I think it should be possible for all format of subtitles to positive and negative way. 

The one more thing is not possible to set. It is possible to place subtitles to positive values (higher than original placing). But it is not possible to place it under the movie. By watching movie 16:9 on 16:10 or 4:3 screen, it would be nice to shift subtitles to the black place bellow the movie. (Settings negative value in Force subtitle position has no effect. Settings positive value means subtitles are higher than with 0 value).

I am using version 0.9.8a and 0.9.9 in Czech language (on win xp sp3 and win xp 64bit sp2 with user and administrator rights).
