[vlc] Updates VLC-Player

Hello,

there were problems with the update function of version 1.0.0. There was the message, that a newer version (1.0.1) was available, and then a window was opened in order to determine a directory, where the file should be stored.

It worked only with the root directory (C: or D:) of a partition, but not with any subdirectory (say i. e. D:\Downloads). 

The message "(path of directory) could not be opened" was shown.
