[vlc] Problem playing 1080p 60fps MP4 videos from Sanyo FH1

The VLC Media Player is unable to properly play 1080p 60fps (full HD)
MP4 videos taken with Sanyo Xacti FH1.
However, it is able to play 1080i 60fps MP4 videos taken with Sanyo Xacti FH1.
The 1080p videos are played in a jerky motion with image smeared and
pixelated. Can the VLC development team please look into this issue
and resolve it in a future release? If you require a sample video
file please advise and I will forward one.
According to the VLC's Media Info both 1080p and 1080i videos are the
same (see below).
