[vlc] Bug report: .flv with flickering stripes

[Stumpf, Eginhard]

VLC (version 1.0.1 and older) shows

(22 MB) with a vertical yellow stripe in the middle and flickering horizontal stripes, even after pause, with all but 2 of the "Deinterlace" options (only with the option "Discard" or "Mean" the picture is ok).

 

Snapshots are ok.
