[vlc] Developer with VLAN Experience Needed

Hello Team,

I'm looking for someone with the following skill set/experience:

    * In depth knowledge of H.264 video encoding and decoding required
    * Extensive experience developing software -based H.264 encoders
    * Excellent programming and design skills required
    * Extensive experience with MJPEG, MPEG4, and CGI
    * Recent experience with the design and development of plug-in
      applications
    * Networking experience
    * IPv4/v6, TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, QoS Layer 3 DiffServ, FTP, SMTP,
      Bonjour, UPnP, SNMPv1/v2c/v3(MIB-II), DNS, DynDNS, NTP,
      RTP/RTSP/RTCP, IGMP, ICMP, DHCP, ARP, SOCKS
    * Experience with various network security and access control
      mechanisms (802.1X authentication, RBAC, etc.) is a plus.
    * Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
