[vlc] VLC upgrade fails from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1

Hi,

There were a bug in the GUI embeded upgrade code on 1.0.0. You will have
to visit www.videolan.org/vlc to download the last release and install
it.
Don't forget to close your running VLCs and web browsers to proceed
setup.
