[vlc] Playing a WMA stream

Greetings,

I discovered your vlc software recently and wonder if you can provide
concise instructions for playing a wma stream from the web.  Specifically
I'm using a WinXP SP3 machine and Google chrome as a browser.  I'm trying to
access the stream located a www.am91.org.  The URL for the stream is
66.228.115.186/listen/player.asp?station=kpof-am&.

I would appreciate any help you could provide.

I'm also wondering if there is a way to launch the vlc player and have it
begin playing the stream as soon as windows loads.
