[vlc] subtitles

hello , 
i wanted to report a bug that i just found.
i have H264 video + DTS audio + SRT subtitle (utf-8). i mixed all into a AVCHD using Tsmuxer. when I'm muxing it , i noticed that the subtitles has been converted to PGS. So , now i have this AVCHD that contain .m2ts stream
when i play it on VLC , i don't get the subtitles.
notice that when i play this on Nero Showtime , every thing work fine. BUT i really like VLC and i want to know if there is a fix in the next version or what changes can i do to the subtitles (still PGS because of the .m2ts container) or what.
