[vlc] Enhancement suggestion - VLC 0.9.8a

Hi,
      Now  I use version 0.9.8.a and some things seemed annoying to me in "Media -> Advanced Open File" menu:
 
- into "File" tab, the "Use a subtitles file" checkbox doesn't keep its position when is checked-in. The suggestion is that option should not shrink drive list but enlarge the tab after it.
- into "File" tab, the "Show more options" checkbox has same problem as described above.
