[vlc] Problems with 098a

1) The only way to make the VLC player go to fullscreen mode on a second TV
screen is to uncheck the option "integrate video in interface".

2) When in fullscreen mode the video suddenly moves from the TV to your main
computer screen when a video is finished and it switches to a new file in
the playlist.

Looking forward to an even better player in the next version.
