[vlc] Repository for OpenSuse, bugreport

Hi, 
I just wanted to tell you that the videolan repository for Opensuse is down, 
11.0 and 11.1 contain descriptions of what SHOULD be there, but the relevant 
folders are empty. 

The 11.2 and 10.3 repos are functional, though.

On the videolan homepage, under "contact us" there is no GoogleMaps applet 
anymore, displaying the page results in an error.
