[vlc] Problem with the latest release 9.8 and bi-screen

Hello,

I have notice a small problem with your latest release of VLC 9.8.
When I put VLC in fullscreen mode on my second screen, it appears on the
first main screen and not on my second one.

I had resolved this problem by installing VLC 9.6

I hope you'll can solve this problem,
