[vlc] W7 and Fullscreen

I know of course that one can't expect them to work together, but just
thought I'd give you a head up about something I found (almost instantly,
and so will you).
When playing in full screen, pressing on anything on the menu (stop, play,
volume etc) will make the windows taskbar overlap it.
