[vlc] Download and Setup

What operating system are you using?

I'll assume for now that you are using Windows.

To download, click here:
http://www.videolan.org/mirror-geo.php?file=vlc/0.9.8a/win32/vlc-0.9.8a-win32.exe

Confirm any "are you sure" dialogs and have it complete the download.
Generally, most browsers will also ask if you want to run the downloaded
installer.  You'll want to answer yes.

Once the installer starts, just click through "Next" "I Agree" "Next"
"Install".

The license you're agreeing to is the GPL - Version 2 -- which you can read
in the installer, or here:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt

Once you've clicked "Install" VLC will be installed.  You can access the
player from your desktop, or from the start menu.
