[vlc] Full screen controller

Today I opened a video with VLC, and in full screen mode the controller 
didn't appear by moving the mouse, also if I didn't change nothing in 
settings, while yesterday it appeared; I tried to change the settings 
and to reboot the PC, but I had to reinstall VLC in order to make the 
controller appears.
I use VLC v. 0.9.8a on a Windows XP PC Professional with SP 3; NVIDIA 
GeForce 7050 PV with DirectX 9.0c and NVIDIA Forceware 181.20 WHQL XP.
