[vlc] Problems with Fullscreen on secound Monitor with actual version

Dear Videolan-Team,

 

since I use the actual Version 0.98a, I cannot resize to fullscreen-mode on
my secound monitor.

The widows jumpst o the left side on my primary monitor.

Also the time to open is now a little bit longer.

It is possible to use optimized settings instead of extended settings to
increase the speed by opening?
