[vlc] VLC PROBLEM

Hello, our Federal Court has been using VLC successfully for video 
streaming on our XP Computers.  Unfortunately, we cannot get this to work 
on our new Vista Business Service Pack 1 Systems.  I update to the newest 
version of VLC and updated to the most current video driver (see screen 
shots below).  The small VLC player window will open but the large video 
window will not.  It appears to be a problem with the stored library or 
video configuration.  I did review your support site and FAQ's.

Do you have any ideas what we can try?  What is your toll free number 
technical support?
