I am not very familiar with the client RTSP code, i.e. the live555 plugin. 
This could be a bug. The point is that the server only needs to send RTCP BYE. 
Besides, ANNOUNCE is underspecified in RTSP/1.0, and server to client requests 
are more than likely to trigger bugs in some client RTSP stacks, so they 
should be avoided.
