[vlc] Vote for the VLC 1.0.0 default skin

Can't get the betas of 1.0 to work on G4 1.5 Ghz with 1 GB RAM -  
don't open. So, I'll wait for 1.0. And congrats for sticking with it  
for so long - everything is paying off now.
