[vlc] sorry for bothering, i found sth wrong with vlc 1.0 rc4

RC4 can't display properly when RC3 is still fine!

when i choose the item below, in vlc 1.0 rc3, can display chinese  
great perfect but in rc4 the same setting, it only display the unknown  
code.
