[vlc] Mac version 0.9.8 Grishenko cvlc doesn't work

Hello Dave,
this hack is no longer needed since VLC's 0.9.2 release.

Running

/Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/VLC --intf=rc

will give you one of our command-line interface. You can use this switch to
get whatever interface you like (even Qt4, if you compile VLC on your own).
