[vlc] Nonexisting file

Hello and thank you for your time!

When I run a VLC configuration application from Hobbyistsoftware designed to implement VLC Remote for iPhone in VLC Media Player I get an error-message saying that the file vlcrc is missing from Programdata folder in Documents. I wonder if this is a file used in an older VLC version? Or is it a file that I am supposed to have?
