[vlc] full screen "itch"

A simple fix I found for this is to undock the video from VLC (Tools
->Preferences ->Advanced ->Video ->"Embedded Video" = unchecked). Then you
can move & double-click the video (independently from the control) to
full-screen in whichever display you wish.
I do agree that it may be preferable that it be able to act the same docked,
so other answers please still respond.
