[vlc] vlc player sap announcement help =]

hey guys,
my name is clarisa, i am from australia. i live on my university on  
campus... an email was sent out on how to configure vlc player to be  
able to watch tv... we did it...and it was working but then about a  
month ago, it stoped working randomly. i am not sure why, it would be  
much appreciated if it could be fixed =]
