[vlc] stuttering on karmic koala

Downgrade to the VLC version you had before the problem showed up. If it is 
still stuttering you have succesfilly determined that the problem lies with 
Ubuntu. To me, the 9.10 upgrade was nothing short of a disaster, and I'm not 
refering to VLC issues.
