[vlc] Quick, easy (probably) suggestion

When a user clicks the browse button in the skins section of the
preferences, I would suggest start them in the skins directory and
filter the visible files by proper file extension(s) so they know
which files they an select.  For a long time I had no idea VLC came
with a really great skin because I didn't know the directory existed.
I'm using Windows XP. Thanks a ton for the amazing product!
