[vlc] VLC Minimized...

Hi,

Here is a methods which should work but which is maybe not very
user-friendly.

Open this folder: %APPDATA%  (you can use explorer or start>execute)
Explorer will show you folders, you will find VideoLAN or VLC in which
the VLC config file is stored. It is named vlcrc.

It is a text file, open it with notepad for example and comment the line
which looks like this: qt-system-tray=1

Everything should be done ensuring VLC is not running.
