[vlc] Input can't be opened

Hello, I have a problem and I am not able to deal...

I can not get VLC as a streaming server, it asks me this message:

"Your input can not be opened: VLC is unable to open the MRL '
http://192.168.0.107:8081'. Check the log details."

I tried to see the logs, but not found.

Configure VLC Server and VLC Client normally.

Does anyone know what should I do?
