[vlc] request help with arabic subtitles

hello

i am having a problem with vlc 4.2.1 player 

playing Arabic subtitles .srt , the subtitles are coming as Arabic 
separated letters 

and not as readable Arabic words 

i tried too many ways and i installed klite codecs but nothing happened 

so if you please any thing i can do ?
