[vlc] Bug in 1.0.1 vlc player

I make recordings using Audacity, and play them back using VLC.
Unfortunately, I never get to hear the last 1/5th of a second or so of
the song when I play it back; it's always chopped off!

In contrast, if I use Windows Media Player, Nero player, or any of
several other players I tried, I /DO/ get to hear the last note, so I
know it's there.

As you've probably already guessed, I don't leave any silent time at
the ends of my recordings, but of course if I add that in it will mask
this bug. But I'd rather have the VLC developers fix it instead! 8-}
