[vlc] GStreamer integration

Forgive me my English. It is not my native language.
Your command in the long term thinks of integration with GStreamer project?
Or you have basic reasons not to do it?
Simply idea GStreamer is reasonable enough and harmonous. As it enters 
in freedesktop.org. Only here the worthy player application for this 
purpose framework it is not created yet. I use VLC.
