[vlc] bug 170 hz in band eq

[Martin Renders]

I'm not so experienced to solve this ting, but since  many versions  
i've looked for a small bug in 170 band in eq. The bar is affecting in  
reverse effect, when the cursor is down, it seems having a band  
passing effect on frequency 180, lowing the other bands and resonating  
it.
hope to tell you new things,
a big "vlc" fan
(also if i've preferred  previous versions, especially for audio).
