[vlc] New feature request

Hello.

I am using VLC media player for a long time and it's AWESOME! But I
think it's will be great to add new feature.
Checkbox in Audio options that will allow to pump volume higher than
100% and doesn't allow. Actually volume at 150% and 200% distort sound
sometimes on different soundcards. So it's will be cool if I can make
100% volume as maximum. Not 200% etc.
