My name is William, I am setting up my own web-site to help people find
free and safe software 
 
I have always had a problem with getting hold of free and safe software
on the Internet and after 5 months of searching the Internet I have
found sites for all the free software one could ever want.
 
 
Anyway, my question to you is, may I put your website on my page as one
of my links?
 
 
My website is far from finished but before I get to far with it I would
like to get / see if I need permission to add a link to your web-site on
my web-site
